Two unemployed youth, Chakri (J.D. Chakravarthy) and Bose (Chinna) frustrated with their stagnant lives decide to kidnap their wealthy neighbor (Jayasudha) for ransom money. They soon find out that her husband Subba Rao (Paresh Rawal) was planning on getting his wife killed so that he would inherit her fortune. Chakri and Bose eventually take a liking to their abductee and change for the better. Now, the story takes a different turn and all the characters converge to a hilarious climax.
