A school teacher (Aupam Kher) who is more inclined towards social work witnesses a girl being kidnapped by a gang. One of the ruffians is the son of a respectable person of the city, who is also an underworld kingpin. The teacher is tortured to such an extent that he commits suicide in the court. Vishal (Sunny Deol) is the son of the teacher and is in love with Priya (Raveena Tondon). He witnesses the trauma and takes the law into his own hands after the death of his father.
