Karan and Priya (Akshaye Khanna and Amisha Patel), madly in love, are the lead pair of a dance troupe. They
land a gig on a cruise ship owned by a rich businessman named Raj (Bobby Deol). Raj meets Priya on the cruise and is attracted to her at first sight.
