When Madhu a mother of two young children Shiva played by Arjun and Laxmi played by Hema Chowdhary die after a fatal accident she takes promise from her son Shiva played by Arjun that he would take care of his sister. Arjun takes care of his sister from childhood and marries her into a decent family. After marriage Laxmis in laws show their true colours and force her to abort the child.
