Madhu belongs to a village where no marriage has taken place for more than twenty years which she believes is because of the past of Prashants mother. Allegedly Prashants mother had an illicit affair with a man from the village and bore his son and after that she ran away from the village. Prashant comes to know about this from Madhu but now that his mother is not in a proper state of mind he is not ready to believe anything. When Madhu out of sheeer love for Prashant wants to get married to him he readily agrees but whether they will really be able to get married is the question.
